A couple of gallery updates! I’ve added 2 magazine clippings, scans from American Way (November 2006), DVD captures from Sherrybaby (over 700 of them!) and 3 photoshoots, 2 of them I think are new to the web! I scanned them from Japanese movie mags recently - enjoy these goodies!

USA Weekend reports: It was a rainy and cold Valentine’s week here on the East Coast but we were already thinking summer movies. In fact, we’ve already done a fun photo shoot with three of the big-name actresses you’ll see in the sure-to-be blockbuster summer fare: Gwyneth Paltrow (Iron Man), Maggie Gyllenhaal (Batman: The Dark Knight) and Liv Tyler (The Incredible Hulk). These three talented women and young mothers gathered in New York and our deputy photo editor Sarah Claxton was there to make sure the day went smoothly. That’s not as easy as it sounds, considering there’s a walk-in closet full of designer clothes, a stylist, photographer assistants, hair and makeup people, catering and…well, you get the picture. Maggie attended the Miss Sixty fashion show at New York Fashion Week Spring 2008 on September 6th. She was spotted front row along side Hilary Swank and Demi Moore. Photos can be seen in the gallery.

Elle UK reports that hot on the heels of Kate Moss’ starring role in last year’s sensational Agent Provocateur campaign (yes the one of Kate in four steamy Mike Figgis films which crashed the AP website!) Today Maggie Gyllenhaal is revealed as the new star of Agent Provocateur’s ‘The Adventures of Miss A.P’ - the lingerie label’s sexy new ad campaign. It’s a series of four stories that will be released throughout the coming year, and each episode will star a different Miss A.P. At the end of the year all four will be available to collect in a glossy box set. First up is Maggie, and her ‘book’ (as A.P explained to us) is entitled ‘Lessons in Lingerie’. It’s a cheeky-sexy collection of images of Maggie’s adventures in Agent Provocateur ’s latest designs, shot by photographer Alice Hawkins. You’ll see the new images nationwide from today or you can collect them for free from A.P stores or at www.agentprovocateur.com now.

Peter Sarsgaard and Maggie Gyllenhaal attended ‘An Evening in Qatar Airways’ First Class Lounge’ to celebrate the US route expansion program beginning June 28 with four flights-a-week between Doha, Qatar and New York, at the Frederick P. Rose Hall - Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, in New York City on June 28th 2007. Maggie was seen chatting to Trust The Man co-star Julianne Moore.

Maggie Gyllenhall: As great as Batman Begins was, it had one weak link in Katie Holmes. She wasn’t necessarily bad as assistant DA Rachel Dawes, but held up against heavyweights like Christian Bale, Gary Oldman and Michael Caine, she didn’t quite measure up. Now, Nolan’s got a new girl for the part, and it’s the lovely Ms. Maggie Gyllenhaal. She’ll be playing the same Rachel Dawes character, but preferably much better than Katie Holmes did. Images of Ms. Dawes, in costume (and in the company of Aaron Eckhardt as District Attorney Harvey Dent) have already begun to surface, and while they don’t tell us anything about her performance, they do demonstrate that Maggie Gyllenhaal is still cute as hell.
